スロヴァキアでの料理教室の様子がスロヴァキアの食の情報誌「TREND retauracie.sk」に掲載されました。
私は知らなかったのですが、記者の方が生徒の一人として参加されていたようです。スロヴァキア人から見た日本食の率直な感想が伺えます。原文はスロヴァキア語ですが自動翻訳サーチで英語に訳したものです。
ただ残念なことはお好み焼きに入れた野菜がキャベツなのにキュウリとなっていることです。「ちがうよ~^^;」
